Camila Pozo Parot Jorge is an associate in OVB since 2022. His practice consists in civil and commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.
He represents clients in a variety of matters and from several productive sectors, including the agricultural sector, financial industry, securities markets, insurance industry, consumer, inheritance, and shareholder´s disputes, among others.

- A class of farmers in the negotiations held with an important company in the electrical sector, due to a conflict where damages are valued at USD$60 million.
- An important company of the forestry industry, including legal counsel in a variety of matters.
- Members of a family regarding an inheritance dispute.
- An insurance company in a claim regarding consumer law, against the government agency (SERNAC).
- A company specialized in the production of “Pisco”, in a civil claim against one of its members, before civil courts.
